Great place to stay. Close to all of the best trails in Sedona with an extra bonus of being able to walk to an overlook of Cathedral Rock. Great views for sunset with outdoor area as well. Would absolutely stay again!

Great place for our family mountain adventure. Very convenient to Gatlinburg, pigeon forge, and the national park. The space itself was very roomy and had everything our family of 4 needed. Would 100% recommend.

Booked our first house for vacation and it was a great experience. Pet friendly and spacious- loved the fenced in yard for our pups. We stayed during Spring Break, and the location was great. Nice area, walking distance to the beach and shops.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect for all we wanted to explore in Sedona and beyond. We really appreciated receiving the house guide for local recommendations. Patrick went above and beyond in his communication before and during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and even gave a tip for a hike right from the house that we were able to squeeze in before checking out. We loved watching sunrise from that big feature window! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Patrick and Maria were wonderful hosts. Their home was gorgeous, well equipped,!comfortable and the views were breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the barrooms we fantastic. Nice outdoor space to sit and enjoy am coffee and sunsets. Lovely hiking trails close by !!

We had an amazing stay in Gatlinburg! The cabin was very clean and had beautiful views of the surrounding nature. The tennis courts were very close by, and we went often to play during our stay. Patrick was very responsive and proactive about suggesting things to do nearby, and whenever we had questions he was quick to help. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House in Sedona. Great location with fast access to trails and the center. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are great and the neighborhood quiet. We had a great stay! Thank you!

Home was in a very good location. Took both morning and afternoon walks. No busy traffic. Beds were comfortable. Pool was GREAT! Heated to our requested temperature! Would recommend this rental to anyone. Convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. Very good deal for 2 full week rental.

Patrick was an outstanding host from start to finish. The home was exactly as described and even more beautiful in person, with incredible views and a peaceful setting that made for a truly relaxing stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, which made it easy to settle in right away. Communication was smooth, and Patrick was warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout the entire visit. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Patrick was a fantastic host! He communicated promptly after booking and sent information prior to our stay with their digital guidebook which had plenty of recommendations. It was a very smooth check-in and check-out process. The house was clean, comfortable, and had incredible views. You're tucked away in this quiet neighborhood and are very close to the popular areas of Sedona. There was plenty of extra blankets if that's needed, had essential amenities, and the house felt very "airy" with the tall ceilings and open floor plan. I would highly recommend staying at Patrick's place in Sedona and will be staying here again on our next visit! In an area that has plenty of AirBnB options, this one's a gem!
